We will help you fill out a branding brief form, and based on this, our designer will create a personalised logo for your business. 

You will have access to all of our  training, and checklists to ensure you think of all aspects of your new business, from insurance through to time management and bookkeeping. We’ll work on a business plan with you, look at your magic number, your overheads, and help you get a real understanding of what you want to achieve for your business. It’s so important to understand things like how to get your profit margins right, and your product path, and we can ensure that these basics are put into place for you. We’ll also help you sort out your payment methods, and cover areas such as bank accounts and the all important email list. 

One of the most important things you need to have as a new creative business is a website, so we will help you map out your business structure, and then build your website for you. We’ll also provide you with training so that you feel confident editing and maintaining your website. You can also benefit from our experience with product photography, as getting the right images of your creations is critical – your potential customers need to see pictures that convey quality and value to encourage them to browse your website and hopefully make a purchase!

Of course, social media marketing and PR play an important role in the development of your business. We have courses available so that you can learn how to market your creations using Facebook and Twitter, and we can also teach you all about SEO and how to maximise your website visibility.
