Dispatch and Delivery

Here at The Keepsake Co. we believe in offering you, our customer, the best customer service possible. We feel one of the most important parts of this is how we get your chosen baby gifts or keepsakes to you. Tiny fingers and toes grow so quickly so every day is precious which is why we now ship all of our orders via a trusted courier rather than risk a delay or loss with Royal Mail which would be frustrating for you and us!

This may mean our delivery is slightly more than other retailers but I know you will agree there are some things you do not want to take the risk with - and delaying a new baby gift or creating a special keepsake is one of them as time is so precious.

We now use a courier on parcels over £15. The courier will text or email you to let you know the parcel is on it's way along with a tracking number for you to keep an eye on delivery progress incase you need to pop out. Please ensure there will be someone at your selected delivery address to sign for the parcel as we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery attempts if the courier can not deliver your order. Please do let us know if you are happy for us to leave it somewhere safe or with a neighbor if this is easier. You sill have the option to select Royal Mail but please note that we can not track delivery and we have to allow 28 days for delivery according to Royal Mails terms and conditions. 

Personalised Order Dispatch Times

While we would LOVE to get your personalised orders to you the next day (we are working on it!) there will be a small delay while we personalise your chosen gift or keepsake. Please see below

• Engraved, Printed, Embroidered – will be dispatched between 1-4 working days
• Ceramic, Candles  – will be dispatched between 3-7 working days
• Printed Glass – will be dispatched between 21 working days
• Fingerprint Jewellery - Please note we will send the fingerprint capture kit via first class post and your finished jewellery via our courier. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your finished jewellery from us receiving your moulds.

Express Delivery Timetable for Non Personalised Items

We will dispatch any orders containing in-stock items according to the table below. If you require same day dispatch along with next working day delivery please contact us to ensure this will be possible. There would be no extra charge but we can not always guarantee it will be possible which is why we ask customers to check with us first as we hate to disappoint. Please check the delivery tab on the product to ensure you are not ordering a "made to order" item as these will naturally carry longer delivery times.

So all you need to do now is select which keepsakes you wish to order and then let us get your order to you quickly and safely. Thanks for shopping with us :-)

Damage it Transit

 ANY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED BY EMAIL OR BY CONTACING US  WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL. 
Failing to do this will mean we will be unable to refund or replace your order. Signing for a parcel is acceptance that the goods are received in good order so please check your order immediately.
